TKB 10: The Steaks Are High

Okay we gotta keep this short and sweet. We’re getting married in 2 weeks and we knee deep in wedding stuff making sure all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted. So I kept this blog post simple and make something I think everyone should know how to do and that is cooking a steak.

When it comes to steak there are a lot of semantics like what cut to get and where to get a steak at. I personally like a Ribeye or New York Strip and I went to the butcher for the first time to get a steak, while you may pay a little more the price is unmatched. But other great places to get steaks are Publix and Fresh Market as well.

Lastly cook your steak to your desired temperature, hopefully medium rare, and enjoy.

P.S. Also you can make some great steak frites as well!
